Discussed proc: fix a dentry lock race between release_task and lookup (opens new window) upstream kernel patch

Last activity in https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-124568 happened 2025-12-23, developers clarified our proposal to backport upstream commit to CS9 kernel.
Backported patch is ready and will be submitted to CS9 according to https://sigs.centos.org/hyperscale/contributing/kernel-rhel/
